These terms apply to the GoLinge client application
and the Washer application used by laundry service providers.
1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to GoLinge and
Washer.
GoLinge and Washer are two connected applications
used to provide laundry pickup, weighing, washing,
drying, and delivery services.
GoLinge — Client Application
Clients use GoLinge to create laundry orders,
provide pickup and delivery information,
select available services, add a payment card,
pay the required deposit, review the verified
laundry weight, approve the final price,
communicate with the washer, and follow the order.
Washer — Washer Application
Laundry service providers use Washer to create
and verify their profiles, go online, receive
nearby offers, accept eligible orders, travel
to the client, weigh the laundry, complete the
selected services, update the order status,
return the laundry, and receive eligible payouts.
By creating an account, placing or accepting an order,
making a payment, receiving a payout, or otherwise
using GoLinge or Washer, you agree to this Privacy
Policy and these Terms of Use.
2. How the Service Works
The client creates a laundry order through GoLinge.
The client provides the pickup address,
delivery information, selected services,
and any applicable instructions.
The client adds an authorized payment method.
The client reviews and pays the deposit displayed
before confirming the order.
The confirmed order may be offered to eligible
washers through the Washer application.
A washer may review and accept the offer.
The washer travels to the client’s pickup location.
The washer weighs or verifies the laundry
at the client’s location.
The final amount may be calculated using the
verified weight, selected services, applicable
machine costs, pickup or delivery fees,
platform fees, and other approved order details.
When client approval is required, the client
receives the final or updated price through GoLinge.
The client reviews and accepts or declines
the final amount through GoLinge.
After the required approval and payment
authorization, the washer completes the service.
The washer returns the completed laundry
according to the order instructions.
The initial deposit is not necessarily the complete
order price. The final amount may change after the
washer weighs the laundry and confirms the services
required.
3. Client Deposit
A client may be required to pay a deposit before
an order is submitted to washers.
The purpose of the deposit is to confirm the client’s
payment method and support the initial order process,
including allowing an eligible washer to accept the
order and travel to the client’s pickup location
to inspect or weigh the laundry.
The deposit amount will be displayed in GoLinge
before the client confirms the order.
The deposit does not necessarily represent the
complete price of the laundry service because
the exact laundry weight may not yet be known.
After the laundry is weighed, the deposit may be
applied toward the final order amount.
Cancellation, refund, adjustment, or deposit-retention
rules may depend on the order status, whether a washer
has accepted the order, whether the washer has already
travelled to the client, and the options displayed
in the applications.
4. Laundry Weight and Final Price
The washer is responsible for weighing the laundry
accurately and entering truthful information
through the Washer application.
The final price may depend on:
The verified laundry weight
The services selected by the client
Washing and drying costs
Applicable machine costs
Pickup and delivery charges
Platform or processing fees
Special-care instructions
Additional services accepted by the client
Other adjustments displayed in the application
When approval is required, the client must review
the final price through GoLinge before the order
continues.
A washer must not intentionally submit a false weight,
add unauthorized services, or manipulate the order price.
A client must not intentionally provide misleading
laundry information to obtain an inaccurate estimate.

When a client declines the verified final price,
GoLinge may close or adjust the order according
to the applicable order rules.
The washer may remain eligible for an amount related
to the initial deposit when the washer has already
accepted the order, travelled to the client,
or performed the required pickup and weighing process.
Any such amount remains subject to the applicable
order status, payment status, dispute status,
and rules displayed in the applications.
The client will not be charged an undisclosed amount
